Triton ATM 33 Feed Failure or bill jam RESET ERROR (turn ATM off/on select "Reset Error" on screen) . First Check ATM to see if it is out of cash.  If there is cash, then open the safe and remove the cassette.  Remove the cash cassette and inspect cash to ensure that cash is able to move freely and that the cash is loaded properly.  If you have a Triton Mako ATM, the cash cassette will have a spring loaded packer plate if not disregard following instructions: make sure plate is moving freely and spring is well tensioned so it pushes bills firmly in place. Tension Spring on Triton Mako ATMs by pushing packer plate 3-4 inches inside the cassette housing and twisting the plate until you can clear the cassette. Firmly stretch the spring accordion style about shoulder width. Return the packer plate into the cassette. Check pick up wheels and ensure they are clean (clean with rubbing alcohol on lint free cloth).  Access the management functions and select Diagnostics.  Perform a Purge.  If a return code of 20 20 20 appears, then perform a test dispense.  This return code should be 20 20 21.   If all is okay, then exit menus, reset errors and place ATM back in service. Triton ATM 48 Reject Rate Exceeded Most likely cause of this error is poor quality of cash.  Inspect the cash and ensure it is of good quality. No tape on bills etc. RESET ERROR (turn ATM off/on select "Reset Error" on screen) place ATM back in service. If problem persists and cash is fine, calibration may be out, and dispenser may need replacement.

Triton ATM 101 2-second timeout waiting for pick.  (Feed failure). This error is usually associated with ""unfit"" currency or an empty cassette. Refill the cassette as needed.  Inspect the feed path for currency that is stuck together or jammed.  If no jams are found, remove the note closest the the pick rollers in the cassette.  Inspect the feed path for currency that is stuck together or jammed.  If no jams are found, remove the note closest the the pick rollers in the cassette  If the currency is in ""fit"" condition and the error condition persists, consider replacing the note cassette or the dispensing mechanism              
Triton ATM 102 (66h) Pick Motor Overcurrent Inspect the cassette and feed path for jammed currency.  Clear any jammed currency. Verify that all access panels are closed and secured. Purge the dispenser using the purge command. Test the dispensing mechanism by completing several Test Dispenses. If the error does not occur again, put the cash dispenser in service.  If the error persists, replace the dispensing mechanism.

Tension Spring on Triton Mako ATMs only by pushing packer plate 3-4 inches in and twisting the plate until you can clear the cassette. Firmly stretch the spring accordion style about shoulder width. Return the packer plate into the cassette.Check pick up wheels and ensure they are clean (clean with rubbing alcohol on lint free cloth).  Access the management functions and select Diagnostics.  Perform a Purge.  If a return code of 20 20 20 appears, then perform a test dispense.  This return code should be 20 20 21.   If all is okay, then exit menus, reset errors and place ATM back in service.
