RESET
ERROR (turn ATM off/on select "Reset Error" on screen) . First
Check ATM to see if it is out of cash.
If there is cash, then open the safe and remove the cassette. Remove the cash cassette and inspect cash
to ensure that cash is able to move freely and that the cash is loaded
properly. If you
have a Triton Mako ATM, the cash cassette will
have a spring loaded packer plate if not disregard following instructions:
make sure plate is moving freely and spring is well tensioned so it pushes
bills firmly in place. Tension Spring on Triton
Mako ATMs by pushing packer plate 3-4 inches
inside the cassette housing and twisting the plate until you can clear the
cassette. Firmly stretch the spring accordion style about shoulder width.
Return the packer plate into the cassette. Check pick up wheels and ensure
they are clean (clean with rubbing alcohol on lint free cloth). Access the management functions and select
Diagnostics. Perform a Purge. If a return code of 20 20 20 appears, then
perform a test dispense. This return
code should be 20 20 21. If all is
okay, then exit menus, reset errors and place ATM back in service. |

Error (turn ATM off/on select "Reset Error" on screen). First Check
ATM to see if it is out of cash. If
there is cash, then open the safe and remove the cassette.
Mako ATMs only by pushing packer plate 3-4 inches
in and twisting the plate until you can clear the cassette. Firmly stretch
the spring accordion style about shoulder width. Return the packer plate into
the cassette.Check pick up wheels and ensure they are clean (clean with
rubbing alcohol on lint free cloth).
