Certified Cheque, money order or bank draft payable to 1455475 Ontario Inc. o/a Cardholder’s Choice
We accept all major credit cards,
Payment through Surcharge: if approved we offer payment through surcharge collection, CHC will collect surcharge revenue otherwise due to ATM or site owner to collect payment for approved receivables. CHC will track payments quarterly and apply applicable sales taxes, adjusting % of surcharge deducted as required. Any surplus of over 10% of receivables will be credited to AR account annually.
Late fee of 2% per month applies to all overdue balances.
Title and ownership of all equipment remains with 1455475 Ontario Inc. o/a Cardholder’s Choice until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
